These Terms and Conditions describe the use of ComplianceIQ LLC’s (“ComplianceIQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website and SMS messaging program.
1. Website Use
You may use our website to learn about our services, submit inquiries, and communicate with us. You agree to provide accurate information and not use the website for unlawful activities, unauthorized access, or interference with its operation.
Submitting a website inquiry does not create a service agreement. The scope, fees, and responsibilities for paid services are established in a separate agreement.
2. SMS Messaging Program
By opting in through a website form or another consent method, you agree to receive Customer care, Marketing and Account notification SMS messages from ComplianceIQ LLC relating to the subjects identified when you give consent.
These messages may include:
- Responses to inquiries and customer support conversations.
- Appointment confirmations and reminders.
- Service and account notifications.
- Requests for documents or information.
- Registration, renewal, and compliance reminders.
- Fleet management and dispatch updates related to your services.
- Special offers or discounts on new carrier management services.
Marketing or promotional messages require separate consent where applicable. Consent to service-related messages does not automatically authorize promotional messages.
3. Message Frequency
Messaging frequency may vary based on your inquiries, appointments, service activity, and communication needs.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier determines any charges under your wireless plan. Contact your carrier for details.
5. Opting Out
To opt out at any time, text STOP in reply to a ComplianceIQ message.
After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message. No further messages will be sent through that SMS program unless you opt in again.
You may also contact Operations@thecomplianceiq.com to request removal from the SMS program.
Opting out of text messages does not cancel an existing service agreement. Necessary service communications may continue through other channels.

7. Consent and Eligibility
SMS participation is voluntary. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing services.
You must own the telephone number you provide or be authorized to consent to messages at that number. Notify us if your number changes or is reassigned.
Providing a telephone number in a general inquiry does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive automated marketing text messages.
8. Message Delivery
SMS delivery depends on your mobile carrier, network availability, and device settings. Delivery is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Do not rely exclusively on SMS reminders to meet filing, registration, safety, or compliance deadlines. Responsibilities for these activities are governed by your service agreement and applicable requirements.

SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
